You may not claim my work as your own.

You may not utilize my work for commercial purposes unless you pay commercial fees and we have discussed it beforehand.

I have the ability to use your commission for examples in the future unless you request otherwise.

Refunds will not be issued after the comm has been started regardless of how far along I’ve gotten.

I have the right to decline your commission regardless of circumstances surrounding it, I will always disclose my reasoning.

The client will be frequently updated on progress as I go, and will have full access to the word document to view at any point in time.

I will make FREE unlimited revisions WITHIN REASON.

My Turn Around Times are only estimates. They are not set in stone, and often I will deliver before the promise time. If I fail to be able to meet this time, I will let the commissioner know ahead of time.

Unless you specifically pay for rush order delivery, your order will be completed according to my queue.

All customers will receive a punch card upon first order. Each order that is made will be punched on the card. After four orders, the fifth is 20% off.
